Cosmillion vs Krillion: What Is the Same and What Differs

Cosmillion vs Krillion comes down to one fact: the two games play almost identically. Both give everyone the same seven prompts a day, 25 seconds for each, and pay more points the rarer your valid answer is. Krillion came first at krillion.io; Cosmillion launched on October 16, 2026 at cosmillion.com. This page lists what matches and what does not, checked on November 4, 2026.

Cosmillion vs Krillion: the short answer

Cosmillion is a close copy of Krillion's format with a space theme instead of an ocean one. The seven prompts, the 25-second clock, the six-step point ladder (10, 15, 30, 60, 85, 100) and the 700-point maximum are the same in both. What differs is the dressing and the extras: rank names, the visual theme, the modes around the daily game, and how each game decides which answers count as rare.

If you already know one, you know the other. If you want the rules from scratch, how to play Cosmillion covers them in two minutes.

One difference is easy to miss. Cosmillion's official ranks come from a fixed list of roughly 150 to 470 accepted answers per prompt, so an unlisted answer is rejected and you can retry until the clock ends. Krillion describes its sets as aggregated from datasets and wiki-style sources, then cleaned, and it admits it sometimes misses a fair answer.
